These Hands

These Hands work hard,

they bend and break,

these hands never quit.. never fail,

they are always dependable, always there,

these hands have cuts, scrapes, scars, and veins,

they cause pleasure and pain, 

they hold the weight of the world,

they lift us up when we fall,

they carry the stress of others,

and at the end of the day they ache, because these are not ordinary hands...... these hands earn everything, and are what differentiate us from others. These hands are capable of so much, which leads me to ask.... What do your hands do?
